This Privacy Policy explains how Poly Primates (“the Game”) handles player data. By playing the Game, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

The Game may collect the following types of information:

Account Data (PlayFab): When you log in, PlayFab may process a player ID, display name, and purchase history for in-game currency (“Bits”) and cosmetics.
Multiplayer Data (Photon): For online play, Photon processes temporary connection data (such as your IP address) to connect you with other players. If you use voice chat, Photon transmits your voice data in real time.
Unity Services: Unity may collect anonymized crash reports, device type, operating system, and general gameplay analytics to improve performance.

We do not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your real name, email, or address.

2. How Information Is Used

To provide multiplayer services and voice chat.
To manage in-game accounts, purchases, and player progress.
To improve performance, fix bugs, and maintain stability.

3. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared with the following third-party services:

Microsoft PlayFab (account services, cloud saves, virtual currency).
Exit Games Photon (multiplayer networking and voice chat).
Unity Technologies (analytics and crash reporting).

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

4. Data Storage and Retention

PlayFab stores account and purchase information for as long as your account exists.
Photon handles multiplayer and voice data temporarily (only while you are connected).
Unity may store crash/analytics data for troubleshooting.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to request deletion of your data.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Game is available to players ages 13 and up. If you are under 13, you may not play. If you are between 13–17, you should get a parent or guardian’s permission before playing.
